We are always looking for experienced executive coaches and facilitators to join our teams in the Bay Area. We are interested in working with subcontractors on specific projects and coaches.
The work we do requires tremendous emotional intelligence, professional presence and the ability to flow between team and individual coaching. We work with companies and individuals in the US and Europe, and have a reputation for excellence, depth and top notch programs.
Our coaching style is relational, empathetic and authentic, and we bring together models and methodologies from a wide range of sources. We work with adult developmental models, accessing the full depth of each individual and supporting their growth. We identify patterns of relating among team members, and attend to the emotional and relational issues at the heart of the organization.
We provide the curriculum and training materials for our programs, and work with the coaches/facilitators as a team to refine as needed. You will have opportunities to:
Perform assessments and deliver results to individuals, teams and/or organizations.
Coach executives and managers remotely and in person.
Facilitate conflict resolution based on Aurum's restorative processes.
Work as part of a collaborative team of coaches, providing a unique group development process for teams and organizations.
Facilitate management training, (online and in-person), with a unique focus on presence, emotional intelligence and the being-ness of the person vs. task orientation.
Provide top notch professional coaching to individuals and groups.
Work as a part of a facilitation team to transform leadership and coach teams.
Facilitate in person and remote training.
Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
Degree in relevant field: psychology, leadership, systems, organizational development, experiential education, etc.
5+ years experience in related field: executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development

Tech savvy, willing to learn and use new platforms
Skilled in basic tech and online tools such as GSuite, Dropbox, Zoom, Microsoft, etc
Able to work remotely and in person locally, in San Rafael, CA
Coaching Certification (ICF or equivalent)
Fluent in other languages is a plus (ideal: Spanish and/or Dutch)
We are looking for coaches and facilitators with high emotional intelligence who are interested in personal development and transformative work within organizations and teams.
You need to have sufficient personal experience of growth and transformation, and understand the transformational process and be able to guide people through it. This shepherding is distinct from incremental change or performance enhancing coaching. We get into deep waters and work with people and organizations on identity-level shifts, while holding a broad view of the system as a whole.
