At Aurum Leadership we specialize in working with and transforming leadership teams. It’s our passion to take leadership teams on the transformative journey of becoming a creative, collaborative, relational, high functioning team.
This often means confronting and working with the patterns that are in the way as individuals and as a group, with the goal of recreating who and how you are together. We help teams to create an environment of community, connection and high levels of trust and powerful presence and leadership. Teams become bolder, more creative, courageous and more connected, intimate and trusting. Team members share their weaknesses and strengths, collaborate and support one another, and are aligned behind a common vision.
Our backgrounds in psychology, organizational systems, transformative processes and experiential education have led us to create high impact programs for leaders and teams who want to make a difference in the world. We work with unusual teams - teams that have the courage and passion to address the issues in the way in their own lives, as leaders, and on their teams.
We love engaging with people doing big work in the world. We find that these people are often in need of great attention to their inner lives. Despite being accomplished and driven to make a difference, there is often a sense of disconnection, self-questioning, and inner struggle. We meet you where you are, help identify what’s in your way, and work together to create greater presence, authenticity, connection, fulfillment and meaning.

From our years of doing this work, we understand deeply, that strategy alone does not bring your vision to life. You can’t add more “doing” to individuals and teams, without addressing the being - the very soil and culture in which they live.
How we do it
Depending on the needs of your organization, we first meet with the whole team and/or the individuals on the team to customize a program that optimally corresponds to the specifics of your company. Typical Leadership Team Engagement Progression:
Meet with the team to look at the issues the team is facing - internally and externally. Begin a process of reflection as a group and as individuals.
Meet with individuals on the team to establish deeper understanding of each members challenges, perspectives, values and needs
Create a program that addresses the needs and goals of the team and the organization, combining individual work with team processes.
Depending on the goals and needs of the team, combined with the level of urgency the team is holding, our programs can last anywhere from 3 months to two years. Additionally, we can facilitate any aspect of the work we do, on an a la carte basis:
Assessment of team and/or organizational functioning. We also review or initiate personality and style assessments, such as the DISC profile, Enneatypes, etc. as needed.
Transformative Coaching focused on the individual’s needs, values, stuck places, history and leadership presence. Our coaching meets the person where they are, and can address personal, professional and relational issues in the way of leading, living and collaborating.
Group Training ProgramTeam Retreats or Team Meeting Sessions Creating team vision, clarifying values, breaking team patterns, establishing new ways of functioning , bonding, building trust, decision making processes, collaboration, creating connection, humor, relatedness that supports the forward movement of the team, stepping outside the everyday work environment to vision, expand, focus and problem solve.
Restorative Resolution Processes Sometimes specific relationships on the team need attention. Our restorative process assists team members in healing the past, understanding one another and recreating the relationship.
The Bottom Line
Many times we hear from teams we work with: "We've worked with (many) consultants before, but nothing we did in the past had this kind of positive impact". or, "We can't believe how things have changed around here/what a great quarter we had/the amazing people we've hired/how much happier I am coming into the office..." and so on.
