How it works
The process begins with meeting privately with each leader to share feedback and the impact certain dynamics are having on the team and organization. The process includes a series of facilitated meetings, a combination of education and facilitated conversations, and individual coaching for each member. This process is highly effective at untangling the relational knots that bind up a team and undermine growth. It creates clarity for everyone involved, which frees up an enormous amount of energy, enabling individuals and the team to move forward.
