Modules for a unified organizational culture

The Organizational Citizenship (OC) modules create shared frameworks, connections and networks - laying the groundwork for collaboration and growth. 
Having a space to meaningfully connect, share, learn together is  invaluable. If your team is remote or hybrid, the OC modules are even more impactful!

Interactive Format

The OC modules are best experienced in person, but when necessary, can be offered in an online or hybrid format.
Each OC module includes:

• Half-day or full-day program
• Participants from different levels, ranks, roles and regions blended together
• Follow up Zoom session to support integration
• Comprehensive workbook
