Culture and Leadership Assessment
The first step in making change is to understand what is really going on - why change has not taken hold, why turnover is high, why growth is not what it could be, etc. Aurum will do an Organizational Health Assessment to appraise your organization’s leadership and impact, team functioning, organizational culture, emotional intelligence and general organizational health. We’ll create an in-depth report that gives it to you straight - where the problems are, what you can do about it and an outline of a plan for real change.

Team Assessment
At times we are called in to work with a specific team branch or division of an organization. Our team assessment includes many of the same elements as the organizational assessment, but is focused on the specific team and the interpersonal dynamics between its members. We also assess the overall context and the impact of the broader corporate culture on the specific team.
