Again and again, we saw what worked — and what didn’t.
We saw that lasting change didn’t come from one-off interventions. It came when organizations had shared language, utilized practical tools, and developed the internal capability to lead the work themselves.

Co-founder Aurum Leadership Institute
Deepika Sheleff is the co-founder of Aurum Leadership and co-creator of Aurora, a digital platform that enables facilitators, leaders, and L&D teams to deliver transformational leadership and culture development programs at scale.
Her work draws on decades of experience in somatic practice, leadership & executive coaching, and organizational development, helping leaders cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and courageous communication.
Through Aurora, Deepika has helped translate years of hands-on work with executives and teams into an integrated ecosystem of programs, tools, and practices that help organizations build trust, strengthen leadership, and create resilient, human-centered cultures.

Devi Cavitt Razo
Co-founder Aurum Leadership Institute
Devi Cavitt Razo is a leader in human and organizational transformation — and a prolific creator of the programs, tools, and frameworks that make transformation possible at every scale.
Over three decades, she has developed an integrated body of work that spans the personal, the relational, and the systemic. She is the co-creator of Aurora, an AI-assisted diagnostic and leadership development platform. And through Aurum Leadership International, she works with leaders, boards, and teams navigating significant transition — bringing the same depth of human development work she has refined over decades into the life of organizations.
She is the creator of Essentials of Self, a four-day immersive retreat for adults reconnecting with their essential nature and inner authority, and Young Adult Essentials of Self, a program for young adults offered internationally through the School of the Essential Self.
Her conviction is simple and hard-won: what transforms a culture is the transformation of the people within it. Inner work and organizational work are not separate domains — they are the same work, approached from different angles.
Before founding the Aurum Group, Devi spent seventeen years at the Hoffman Institute as a teacher, Vice President, and Director of Faculty and Programs. What she brings from those years, and from everything she has built since, is the ability to bridge the deep waters of transformational work — the spiritual, the evolutionary, the somatic, the systemic — with clarity, practicality, and common sense.
