Referral Partner
For people with strong networks in leadership, HR, consulting, or executive communities.
Referral Partners introduce Aurora to organizations in their network and receive a recurring commission when a license is secured. Aurum handles onboarding, training, platform support, and delivery guidance.
This path is ideal for trusted advisors, coaches, consultants, and ecosystem partners who want to help organizations access Aurora’s proven leadership and culture programs without delivering the training themselves.
Implementation Partner
For experienced facilitators, consultants, and learning organizations who want to deliver or support Aurora programs directly.

Implementation Partners both sell Aurora licenses and lead the training and rollout within client organizations. After completing Train-the-Trainer preparation, they can facilitate Aurora programs, support clients, and serve as the primary relationship partner, with the support of the Aurum team in when needed.

This path is ideal for firms and facilitators who want to expand their offerings with a complete, field-tested leadership and culture system. Aurora provides the integrated programs, tools, and materials that partners deliver in the field.
