The AMT is taught online, with a facilitated group cohort of up to 28 people. Each cohort is then divided into smaller Practicum Groups, which become a powerful environment for growth and learning. Multiple cohorts can operate simultaneously within the organization. 

​Each cohort can include a diverse range of employees, from newly appointed managers to executives looking to develop greater capacity. Our leadership training for managers curriculum is focused on combining interpersonal skills with practical competencies that have been proven time and again to have the greatest impact on a manager’s success.
