The Aurum Management Training (AMT) provides a comprehensive training for up and coming leaders, focusing on the art of leading and managing people. While many people enter leadership positions because of their practical skills and experience, managing a team of human beings requires a whole other set of skills. Interactive cohorts create a dynamic learning environment

The AMT is taught online, with a facilitated group cohort of up to 28 people. Over time the training cohort and the smaller practicum groups become a powerful environment for growth and learning. Of course, multiple cohorts can operate simultaneously. 

​Each cohort can include a diverse range of employees, from newly appointed managers to executives looking to develop greater capacity. The curriculum is focused on combining interpersonal skills with practical competencies that have been proven time and again to have the greatest impact on a manager’s success.
