We Support Positive Change by Supporting the Leaders of Tomorrow

In early 2024, we became a Benefit Corporation, committed to using business as a force for social, economic, and environmental good. Our mission is to cultivate awakened leadership and support mission-driven and nonprofit organizations aligned with this vision. We also offer programs to underserved communities and emerging young leaders.

We believe that cultivating wise, relational, resilient and emotionally intelligent leaders today is a central key to addressing the complex challenges and opportunities that are facing humanity and the planet.

Who We Support:

Youth Leaders

We support the development of young leaders, who are stepping forward in their communities and making an impact.

​We provide pro-bono training, facilitation and coaching, as well as financial donations to the SCHOOL OF THE ESSENTIAL SELF. The school is a non-profit in the state of Arizona, providing workshops and programs for young adults interested in self-discovery, and who wish to learn how to better express themselves in empowered and connected ways.

Women in Leadership

We provide pro-bono mentorship and facilitation for programs and organizations that support women in leadership, entrepreneurship and expanding their horizons.

​We support the MOMENTUM program in Amsterdam, an affordable start-up incubator for women launching their businesses and dreams. 

Special Olympics

Inspired by our work with the Special Olympics organization, we support our team members to volunteer at Special Olympics event, and donate to local Special Olympics organizations.

The ​SPECIAL OLYMPICS provide opportunities for Intellectually Disabled athletes to participate in athletic activities, and for communities and schools to come together in heartful celebration of possibility.

EOS Scholarship Fund

All of our public programs offer scholarships for participants in underserved communities and young leaders. The EoS Scholarship Fund has provided tens of thousands of dollars worth of leadership training to teachers, students, veterans, and emerging leaders.
