Aurum Leadership is a full service consulting, coaching and training firm, founded by Devi Cavitt Razo and Deepika Sheleff. After decades of working with leaders and groups, Devi and Deepika combined forces to establish Aurum in 2017. We specialize in leadership development, people issues, executive coaching and creating high-trust, high performance teams and organizations.

Devi Cavitt RazoFounding Partner, Senior Leadership Trainer & Coach
San Francisco Bay Area Devi is an international leadership trainer, coach and organizational interventionist. She has been facilitating transformational leadership, culture and human development programs in the US, Europe and Asia for more than two decades. She understands leadership in its many dimensions, having fulfilled roles from founder to executive to parent to facilitator of wide scale change. She founded Aurum with the vision to bring greater aliveness, human connection and creativity into mission-led organizations.
In her 17 years at the world-renowned Hoffman Institute and as the former Director of the Hoffman Process, she led transformational personal development to hundreds of executives and leaders from around the world, including the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Devi holds advanced degrees in psychology and organizational systems, has a background in systems leadership, constellation work, organizational culture, meditation and restorative conflict resolution. She is passionate about bringing mindfulness, presence and authenticity to people’s work lives and organizations. Devi understands what it means to be a leader, a professional, a partner, a parent and an evolving human making a powerful difference in the world. |
Deepika SheleffFounding Partner, Senior Leadership Trainer & Coach
Amsterdam & San Francisco Bay Area In 15 years as an international trainer and leadership coach, Deepika has guided hundreds of people to find greater wholeness and power, and to transform the way they lead, create and live their lives. At Aurum, she brings together years of experience as a marketing consultant with her expertise as a leadership and personal development coach, to guide others to greater success in their work lives. She has led workshops, training programs and seminars all over the world, working with people across multiple languages, cultures and backgrounds. She has created programs for organizations around the world to teach leaders to bring their whole selves to their work – including body, heart and mind.
Deepika has a gift for seeing people in their wholeness and nurturing their true brilliance. She has the depth of life experience and creative skills to call forth the full range of who you really are, and help you create a life that is in true alignment with that. |
Tiffany LachPartner, CFO, Leadership Trainer & Coach
Larkspur, CA Tiffany Lach advises leaders with a big heart and vast experience. Over 35 years, through more than a dozen customer-facing businesses, she has focused on strong operations, community-centered marketing with an emphasis on leadership and staff development.
As an Aurum partner and our CFO, she heads up strategic partnerships, and works closely with partner organizations to maximize the positive impact of our collaboration. Tiffany has received awards and accolades such as SBA entrepreneur of the year, Prospera Women Entrepreneur of the year and Bozeman Professional Women's Network, Employer of the year. Kelley McGloneOperations Manager
Sonoma County, CA Kelley comes from a background in communications, hospitality and customer service. She brings her love of positive customer interaction and close personal connection to Aurum Leadership.
Kelley wears many hats at Aurum Leadership, supporting daily operations and communication. She keeps the Aurum office running smoothly, assists Devi and Deepika on a daily basis and coordinates client events and projects, with grace and kindness. In other words, Kelley takes good care of everyone she interacts with - clients, partners and team members! |
Deanna ChapaFinance Manager
Gilroy, CA Having been a small business owner, Deanna has a passion for seeing other small business owners succeed in their businesses and helping others with making numbers make sense.
When not elbow deep nerding out on P&L reports or cash flow statements, she can either usually be found homeschooling her four kiddos or at church in her role as music director. She’s happy to be with Aurum and part of a wonderful team! |

Sarah HealySenior Leadership Trainer & Coach
Petaluma, CA For over 20 years, Sarah has worked as a trainer and facilitator in the fields of leadership, team systems and organizational change. She is invested in the work of transformation and the grit and discipline that is required to get there. She finds great fulfillment in offering practices and skills that raise self-awareness, create connection and empathy, and improve effectiveness that aid in helping people and their departments to operate at their highest capacity in a world of rapidly changing conditions.
For Sarah, working with fellow imperfect humans is both a privilege and a partnership. Anders EngenExecutive Coach
Boston, MA Anders is a certified executive and organizational coach for senior and emerging leaders, teams and cohorts. He has over 25 years of senior level operating experience in early stage and high growth healthcare delivery and technology organizations. His areas of focus are leadership development and team effectiveness.
Prior to establishing his coaching practice, and following a chapter in outdoor education, Anders served as an operations leader in a series of venture-capital backed healthcare delivery and technology companies, including Athena Health. Anders formed the company's professional services, account management and client operations groups. Anders' academic credentials include an MS in Organizational Psychology from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kit PappenheimerSenior Leadership Trainer & Coach
San Francisco Bay Area Kit has been a school principal running public schools (elementary, middle and high), where she handled the challenges of leadership for individuals, small teams, and organizations.
Kit served as the Executive Director of Open Floor International, the conscious movement organization in which for many years she has danced, and studied. In this role she coordinated and creatively solved problems with a worldwide group of working members, across the Middle East, Europe, New Zealand and the US. Today she’s primarily a leadership coach and trainer, bringing years of experience and a range of tools and skills to the teams and leaders she works with. Devaa Haley MitchellLeadership Trainer & Coach

Abigail HallSenior Leadership Trainer & Coach
Netherlands Abigail is a certified leadership and organizational coach who takes a strong stand for radical self-acceptance and leading and living from a place of truth. From her own place of truth she inspires clients to embrace their own personal and professional quest for authentic leadership.
With a 20-year plus background in PR and corporate communications as a consultant and manager, her contagious enthusiasm for increasing awareness within organizations individuals led her to transition into coaching and leadership several years ago. In this last decade Abigail has impacted thousands of people around the globe with her compassion, courage and ability to be with truth, mostly with a sense of lightness and humor. As a front of the room leader for CTI’s Co-Active Coach Training, she also contributes to the growth of trained coaches as well as to the health and sustainability of organizations who adapt a coaching approach. As a strong believer in ‘giving back’, she’s on the Board of United World Coaches, an organization that provides pro bono coaching to employees of nonprofit companies in the humanitarian sector. Dominique LandoSenior Leadership Trainer & Coach
Vancouver, Canada Dominique has been facilitating and training leaders, coaches and therapists individually and in groups for over 15 years. She has been a licensed psychotherapist as well as co-founder and Executive Director of Anam Cara, a well established therapy center in Berkeley, CA.
