Over the course of four day-long intensives - spaced quarterly - we will walk your people through an experiential process of stepping into their own authentic leadership. From self-awareness to relationship skills, facing conflict to leading teams, your people will be ready to embody leadership itself.

Interactive cohorts create a dynamic learning environment

The Aurum Management Training (AMT) is available in online or in-person format. Each leadership development module includes a facilitated, interactive group training, plus a small-group practicum meeting for personalized learning and coaching. 

This is NOT a generic online training - It is a dynamic group learning experience, focused on combining interpersonal skills with practical competencies. 

The relationships developed in the program create a web of connection and collaboration across the organization.
