​The Team Vitality Day is shot of energy and connection for your team. We'll take you through a unique experiential process that moves you forward, whether you are facing challenges or just need the time to connect. Your team will be strengthened and your unique magic catalyzed.
We designed our Team Vitality Day to meet the conflicting demands of "we need time to connect" and "we're too busy to step away for a retreat." We have a pretty big tool box at Aurum, but for this program we distilled it down to what's essential, to take a team as far as possible in one day.

You might find you and your team love the work we do so much that you want more, and we'll be happy to oblige. But for now, let's just take one day and see what we can get done.

There are certain moments in the life cycle of a team that doing an intentional alignment process such as the Team Vitality Day is particularly potent:

While all these domains are implicitly at play at any given moment, most organizations focus their attention and development efforts primarily on the Action domain. What we know is that Vital Teams harness the power and synergy of all three domains. 

Our integrated VITAL TEAM MODEL is a roadmap that describes the six dimensions of a successful, vital team. Every group will have its areas of strength, and areas of limitation or challenge. The Vital Team Program adapts the curriculum to each unique team to meet you where you are and provide support and training where it’s needed most. 

Whatever you are doing as a team is important. It needs ALL of you to be fully contributing to the mission. Learning to work together, handle conflict well and find creative solutions everyone gets behind is the key to your success.

We have three versions of the program, based on your team's situation and area of focus:
VITAL Team Launch Program
For a new team coming together - ideal for merged teams, start ups, and newly formed leadership teams. Develop positive frameworks to prevent common pitfalls.

VITAL Team Reboot Program
For a team that is already functioning, but needs a fresh perspective or is challenged in some way. Could be a change of team members, mergers and acquisitions or or challenges with conflict, alignment or communication.

For teams in crisis, or when there is a significant relationship breakdown between 2 or more team members, we start with the Aurum Restorative Process. This powerful process gets you back on track, to a place where you can problem-solve and move forward.

​How does it work?

The Aurum Restorative Process is a unique blend of team coaching, restorative justice and conflict resolution. It is useful for individuals as well as teams, and can applied in a wide range of situations. 
​The process works in 3 stages:


1. We Show Up: 
The initial stages will include key conversations, interviews, and making a plan of action. We'll make recommendations and collaborate with you to design a progression that meets you and your team where you are. 

2. Restorative Conversations:
At the heart of the Restorative Process are several tried and true methods, designed to facilitate healing and repair. This work is always facilitated, and highly structured, to create safety, honesty and transformative space for speaking, listening, understanding impact, and moving forward. 

3.  Create a New Future:
After moving through the acute stages of crisis, we'll work with you and your team to design the future, and ensure similar breakdowns do not reoccur. We'll provide training and facilitate the co-creation of a new and more resilient team or relationship.
