About Us
We are Devi Cavitt Razo and Deepika Sheleff, the founders of Aurum. For decades we’ve worked in the world of human development: coaching leaders, facilitating teams and groups, guiding people through conflict and repair, and doing our own deep inner work.
Across all of it, one thing holds true. People are rarely held back by a lack of intelligence or skill. More often it’s old patterns, beliefs and ways of coping that keep them from the clarity, courage and connection already within them. When we turn toward those patterns with honesty and compassion, real change becomes possible, in a person, a team, or a whole organization.
Our approach is experiential and relational. The deepest learning happens when the whole person is involved: the mind, the heart , the body and intuition. We bring principles and models to life, and create opportunities for self-reflection and experimentation.
We have been doing transformational work for over 3 decades, both separately and together. Our friendship is at the heart of Aurum. The trust and respect between us shapes every space we create: a place where people can be real, learn together, and discover what becomes possible.
