A NEW NAME In November 2022 we renamed our flagship leadership training. Previously called LBX: Leadership Breakthrough Training, this program is now called Essentials of Self: Breakthrough Training for Leaders (We like to call it EoS for short) The new name more accurately reflects the program's unique approach to leadership as an expression of our SELF, of who we are in the world. |

Timing and Meals:
This is full-day process, with evening sessions on Friday and Saturday night. We ask for everyone's participation in all sessions. There is time during breaks for communication and tending to urgent issues, but we recommend taking a real break from your phone, your inbox and to-dos. On Friday and Saturday we provide dinner on-site.
