Courageous Communication is the foundation of outstanding organizational culture
Communication is one of the most foundational, essential skills that is required for any group of people working together. Nothing happens without it.
And yet, most of us have had little or no training in how to improve communication skills at work. This is even more true regarding challenging communication, such as giving feedback, handling crucial conversations, and speaking up to address a problem. Communicating effectively in these situations requires courage. Courage that is human, connected and real. The word Courage comes from the Latin root cor, the heart. Speaking and listening from the heart requires both bravery and connection. Authentic, brave communication is about clarity, realness and getting to the heart of things. It’s about respect and truly listening to others and their point of view. Courageous Communication is the most effective way to deal with people–be it solving an issue with a customer, launching a creative project or navigating a team breakdown. This communication training course provides the foundational elements of healthy communication. Improve your communication skills dramatically

You can also invite us to run the course internally. This has the benefit of mixing employees from different regions, departments and ranks, and creating a strong shared language among your people. We recommend creating mixed cohorts in the large group, and dividing them into the smaller practicum groups according to role or region, or whatever makes sense.
