Bring your people together to connect, align and break down divisions. Your core values come to life when they are experienced in real time.
The Organizational Citizenship (OC) program brings your people together to connect and create a shared template for working together as a team. These meaningful shared experiences become a foundation for future collaboration and growth. Especially with remote and hybrid teams, having space to share, laugh and understand each other is invaluable.
Leaders often struggle to translate their ideas and positive intentions into daily behaviors across the workforce, which leads to disconnection and even cynicism. In the OC modules we activate the essential building blocks of community, belonging and engagement. By working with the organizational development system as a whole, and including participants from different ranks and roles, the fabric of authenticity and connection is woven throughout the organization.
The OC modules are often run in conjunction with the Aurum Management Training, creating a shared toolkit that improves communication, teaches how to communicate clearly, and enhances performance across the board. The OC modules address 3 common themes:

It's been great it's good to get together as a group and share our thoughts...learn from each other. I like examining how I operate...my strengths and weakness...how to improve and/or do things differently.

“My whole team went through this program, and it completely changed how we are working together. We’re more creative, effective, getting a lot done, and I notice that we are laughing more. It has also improved the communication with my family.
Highly recommend!”

I've really enjoyed the concepts that allow us to identify our leadership styles, and the strengths and weaknesses that make these up. I think it's important for us to be aware of our positive and negative qualities and how they come up in situations of leadership. I like having an open forum with my colleagues, and feel very supported by my organization.
